Double Brownies
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup sugar
200grs of Bittwersweet Chocolate Coating
1 cup of oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
4 eggs
220grs of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
185grs of Bittwersweet Chocolate Coating
2 teaspoons of oil

RECIPE PREPARATION

  • Place in a bowl the sugar, the Bittwersweet Chocolate Coating, oil, vanilla and eggs, mix with whisk. Sift together the flour and baking powder, add to the batter and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 20cm square pan lined . Bake 40 minutes at 180 ° C until firm to the touch
  • Let cool before unmolding . Cut into 5cm squares locate them on a wire rack.
  • For glaze , have the coverage Bon- Ami Bittwersweet Chocolate Coating in a bowl over a double boiler and stir until melted . Add oil and mix. Distribute over brownies and let dry.
