Ingredients:

185 gr of Bon Ami Bittersweet Chocolate Coating
90 gr of chopped butter
1/2 cup of cream milk
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 spoon of cognac
75 grs of chopped dried figs
45 grs of toasted almonds , coarsely chopped
60 grs of slivered almonds, toasted

RECIPE PREPARATION:

  • Place the Bon Ami Bittersweet Chocolate Coating , butter , cream, syrup, brandy in a bowl in a double boiler
  • Stir to homogenize . Remove from heat , add the figs and chopped almonds and mix well . Refrigerate for 1 hour until the dough can be molded .
  • Take tablespoons of the mixture and shape into balls .
  • Cover with the sliced ​​almonds . Support them on baking paper and chill until ready to serve.
